We are pleased to introduce a Gluten-Free Baking class. There are so many flour alternatives available on the market from coconut flour to rice flour which can be used as a viable alternative to wheat flour. Whether you have a condition that prevents you from consuming gluten or not, you will be inspired with the knowledge to confidently use gluten-free alternatives in baking. In this hands-on class you are able to participate or just sit back and absorb the learning experience. Either way, you will enjoy delicious samples of what we prepare during the class. This class is geared for all cooking skills from beginner to advanced. You will leave with the confidence and knowledge to bake healthy gluten-free treats on your own or perhaps just take away some knowledge about what gluten free is all about. We will discuss the nutrients and how they can benefit our health.
